Ana Maria is a lawyer who has gained rich experience working over more than 10 years in both litigation and consultancy, being involved in various projects covering many areas of law: general commercial matters, corporate, real-estate, IP law, litigation before Romanian courts of justice and arbitration with the International Chamber of Commerce’s Court of Arbitration (Paris).

From either working within highly renewed international firms or just smaller domestic boutique law firms, she has drawn the conclusion that few basic elements stay at the bottom of any lawyer-client relationship and should always be pursued: to actively listen to clients’ needs, to aim to the best possible solution for the client at all times, to maintain quality service standards.

She is driven by “explore the world” motto and loves to learn new things every day.

Hence, another constant theme of her professional experience is that she keeps improving knowledge not only about legal updates that are necessary in her daily work, but most importantly about ancillary matters that are becoming more and more important in contemporary legal activity such as: IT abilities, networking, social media or conferences.

On a personal level she is a keen enthusiast for hiking, concerts & festivals, voyages and often volunteers for environmental or other important causes.
