We are a medium-sized independent full-service business law firm based in Bucharest – Romania with an extended national and international transaction and litigation practice.
Founded in 2003 by Dan Mihai , we aim to remain a client-focused and flexible law firm committed to meeting each client’s specific requirements.

The members of our Law Office have been working since 1998 in the Romanian legal business environment, having as clients Romanian companies as well as companies that are part of international groups. This background permits us to have a deep understanding of the local legal environment as well as a corporate culture of international clients.

We aim to offer our clients a personal & direct contact with our designated lawyers. Senior Associates & Partners are directly involved in carrying out the daily activities for the clients and they are available for direct meetings with the clients’ representatives. Such approach gives us a better understanding of our clients’ needs and their developing plans and helps us to provide tailored legal solutions to each of our clients.

We are part of the Proteus Network, an association of middle-sized law firms forming a network of international lawyers with a prominent level of legal expertise within the European jurisdictions. Our team members are part of AIJA – International Association of Young Lawyers, IAPP – International Association of Privacy Professionals and ASCPD – Asociatia Specialistilor in Confidentialitate si Protectia Datelor.
We are equally involved in the local business community, being an active member of NRCC (Netherlands-Romanian Chamber of Commerce).
