Ana-Roberta is a Trainee Lawyer within Mihai & Co.’s Consultancy Department, and a member of the Bucharest Bar since April 2026.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest and holds a Master’s Degree in Judicial Careers from the same institution. Prior to joining Mihai & Co., Ana-Roberta gained practical experience through internships with law offices, a bailiff’s office and the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Focșani District Court.
Her academic background and practical training have provided her with solid knowledge of civil and criminal law, as well as experience in legal research, drafting procedural documents and assisting with case preparation.
Ana-Roberta is particularly interested in civil law, criminal law and real estate matters.
