Recently admitted to the Bucharest Bar (November 2024), Catalina graduated from the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Law, where she discovered her passion for commercial law. As a result, she cultivated a deep understanding of its complexities by obtaining an LL.M. in Business Law, sharpening her expertise in areas such as competition and antitrust regulations, arbitration, intellectual property and corporate law.

With a strong foundation in the theoretical aspects of the field and practical experience from working as a paralegal during her studies, she now applies her expertise to help clients navigate complex legal challenges, providing strategic solutions with a strong focus on business interests.
