With over 20 years of experience in legal advisory and successful representation of major local companies and multinational corporations, mainly from the German speaking countries, Diana is specialized in litigation, commercial real estate, corporate compliance, insolvency law, logistics & transport law, product liability and product safety.
She also has extensive expertise in assisting foreign investors and large local corporations in complex real estate transactions – acquisitions, property sales, office and industrial space leases, development and financing of real estate projects.
Additionally, she specializes in data protection & GDPR, regulatory compliance, and complex “dawn raid” investigations.
She is a native German speaker and, due to her German roots and over a decade of experience as lawyer with a renowned German international law firm, she has a deep understanding of the German business culture.

Diana is a member of Bucharest Bar Association since 2006 and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Bucharest.
